Here is what I did for My residents Christmas party:

Buy small stockings (dollar store or Walmart) they sell them by packages as well.

Fill them up with a package of hot cocoa and candies.
I used the 2 oz mini plastic cups and filled it with mini M&M’S. I added a few Hershey’s kisses and topped it off with mini candy canes. I also stapled a raffle ticket to the back of the stocking.

I bought 5 gifts from 5 below and will be raffling them out.
As people come in to the party, they grab a stocking and may the lucky person win.

Instead of doing one party for my residents we are having “Pie Week”. beginning Monday December 16. We are having three different pies daily from Monday to Saturday. Every afternoon from 4-6 residents can come in and and get slices of pie from the pie of the day. We also have coffee, hot chocolate, hot apple cider.
