Omg I was just having this conversation with my team at Sprout Marketing! My thought is take some of those physical events and translate. Here are some ideas:
- Drinking games to tv shows or movies. Like the bachelor or bravo show as an example!
- online trivia - could be themed each week!
- online bingo
- guess how many but digitally
- watch parties for popular shows or movies. Post on Facebook or Instagram and have people comment their thoughts.
- recipe swap - people still have to eat. They may not want to go out to eat so they will need to cook more!
- virtual scavenger hunt where they have to take pictures of them doing things at home and post pictures on your social or with your hashtag - could be coronavirus theme like cleaning, washing hands, etc.
- live videos of chef cooking classes, bar tended making a special drink, etc. things people can make without leaving their home.
- virtual yappy hour where people post pictures of their pets on your social and introduce themselves

I am doing a property scavenger hunt for March. Itll be over 5 days ending on the 17th

Window bingo - email out or give out cards printed from online template , each day post a new bingo number on a 8.5x11 piece of paper on the office window.

We have community Rewards, so planning on adding a Custom Action to reward them with points.

Not signing for packages, not sharing pens, no handshakes, frequent hand washing / sanitizing areas... Mostly common sense but good reminder.

Virtual Bingo; Stream a movie and have folks post pics of their families watching the movie; Have a virtual "Pet of the Month" contest where folks submit pics of their pets online; A Virtual Silent Auction where folks can bid on items provided by Vendors could be fun too!

One thing I have been doing with my clients is motivated by art - books • food • art - small groups - virtual with me. You can inquire at [email protected]. It’s creative, fun, entertaining and “educational”

Hold a coronavirus themed event. Serve Coronas, use toilet paper as decorations and raffle hand sanitizer for prizes! Lol

Alfredo Chang it’s called TylerTellsJokes! They did a boozy bingo for us and it was such a hit!

We did a call campaign and just checked on residents. Wrote down work orders for when we can begin them again. People loved that we just wanted to genuinely check in.

I have some friends who are doing bingo live....kid and adult version.

Door decorating contest

I'm preparing to host a food truck; residents will pre-order via the company's app and the food truck will deliver to the doors. Resident pays. I'm also trying to host an on-line board game night

We are doing phone in Bingo. The winner gives out there unit number and we credit them free parking for a day.

We had a food truck here today and had about 40 residents showed up. All were prcticing social distancing. Idea ~~ Set up a breakfast or dessert table in the lobby.

Post Bingo numbers (different numbers on different social media sites each day to drive traffic to them all) I put bingo cards printed in the office on each door for the residents

We are doing an Easter egg event.. email your best dyed egg for a chance to win a prize!! I'm thinking we are going to give an easter basket away as the gift ????

We had a good truck one night this week. Provided the menu and a phone number to call in an order. Residents loved the dinner option and the vendor, a local small business, had consistent orders for two and a half hours! Win-win!!

Friday Happy Hour. Residents convene on their balconies at 5pm on Fridays to enjoy a cocktail. Calling it “sip in solidarity”. No cost to us, and residents love the shared community experience.

We're doing different kinds of events on social media each week. This week was pool related (warmer weather got us thinking) and we received 36 residents participating. Winner got dinner on us at home.

We did a poll of all healthcare workers and sent them all an email coupon for free pizza, thanking them for all their work. We also did a dyi egg hunt, provided 30 filled bags so they can hold their own egg hunt!

We had a lip singing competition then a Zoom happy hour and showed the clips
