Holiday gift basket raffle and hot cocoa bombs as party favors. I delivered Holiday cards this week with their raffle tickets.
100% hijacking Nick's doggy gift box idea as "howlday" party favors for my favorite 4-legged residents!

I am doing a holiday card with a pen that says Happy Holiday and our name on it. Our residents really enjoy just getting the pen. It's the thought that counts!

Raffles for family night game/snack baskets. Gift card raffles. Someone mentioned to me the other night of having vendors get involved in a resident raffle and donate GIFs and they can leave their business card with the raffle prize is advertisement I might try that

We are doing the 12 days of Christmas. We are buying 12 gifts and draw at random one resident a day.

Our owners allowed us to order camp style coffee cups with our logo on them, we put a packet of hot cocoa mix and a candy cane inside a gift bag  each.  one for each household. I think it's important for residents to get back from us too! Rents are high these days and its a way of making them feel appreciated as our residents.
