West Coast Flooring has clients who own the apartment buildings we service, both with material only and material and labor. We have quick turn around, FREE quotes, expert installers, customer service claims handled in house, 4 yr labor warranties and transferable material warranties for owners.

Due to our offers, the owners work with the property management companies, Cannon etc. to incorporate our services when complete renovations are performed. Or, request our services for that portion of the projects be honored.

We work well with property management companies and go out of our way to be included in any upgrades that have to do with flooring whether carpet, laminate, luxury vinyl planking, tile, or in our upscale projects wood.
