Topic: Internet rates for MultiFamily properties

I am trying to do some research to understand how much tenants in your buildings are paying for Internet. There are multiple providers out there. Some offer great introduction rates and others just start high and stay high.

Questions.

How much do tenants pay
Would the Building Owner consider subsidizing some of the cost to get better internet?
How many service providers are in the building? Who are they?
How many units are in your building?
