Topic: Software??

Just curious if anyone has a software that they use that does not have a yearly or monthly fee that they actually like?

We currently use Tenant Pro and need a new software program but our company isn't looking to spend the money on something that has a monthly fee. Anyone have any advice?

We did not want to pay yearly or monthly fees for a software system to run our 350 apartments in Ohio. However, the AppFolio system based in Santa Barbara, CA is very reasonable and we've been quite happy for at least 3 years. They listen to their customers and are constantly adding new features and improvements. They have received many awards for property management software, IT and Customer Service, and yet their price is much more reasonable than other systems. AppFolio manages the properties, residents, accounting & online checkbook, reporting, marketing to websites (we get a LOT of rental traffic from this) and many other features. Good luck!
