Those of you who have read my posts in the Welcome Folder discussions might remember that I've included a voter registration form for all my move-ins, which I thought was a proactive way to help our new residents take one less thing off their plate in terms of moving.

Now, it seems the City of Seattle is proposing this practice be mandated.

Thoughts?

For those following along at home, the City Council has passed the bill. It goes forward to the mayor for signature and then becomes law 30 days later.

Glad I was already including voter registration forms!
