How do you deliver/present your move-in packet? We're using a folder now, but looking for some new ideas, maybe a little more cost effective than custom designed folders.
I make my own folders from file folders and on outside of it I have name of maintenance person and emergency number, office hours and phone number. I also write down amount of rent and comment "Always due on or before the 1st."
