Just wondering what the market is using for your property management software? Yardi? Entrata? Realpage?

Joshua Hinton onesite. Had it for years and Yardi has had some significant challenges in operations. Printing leases, bill payment workflows. It’s better but we still have head scratchers where we just start over as they don’t know either!

Rent Manager! It's a smaller group but the customer service is great and we've found it very user friendly

Realpage, which is intuitive, easy to learn and charges you by the task. I almost love it.

This is a pretty broad question. The answer is going to really depend on the type of properties you are managing. Is it public housing, affordable, market-rate? It also depends on what type of business the company is. Are they just responsible for managing the properties, are they also responsible for the accounting or are they the owner/operators of the properties? The number of units managed is also important. The final question is what type of software are they looking for? Are they looking for a single provider to try and provide all of the services (one-throat to choke model) or are they looking for a connected platform of products that could come from different providers (open and connected business model)? A more beneficial discussion could take place if we had people answering this question based on what their answers to the above questions are. For Example, I own 1,200 Market-rate units and am the owner/operator of the properties and am looking for a flexible software provider...therefore I use this company...

REALPAGE, best ever!! I've used them all, REALPAGE is the best "User Friendly" software for property management. The accounting portion is SUPER easy to understand.

ManageGo for rent collection/maintenance tickets - they don't do accounting but plug into my Rentmanager. They don't charge per unit so it's not costly.

Currently using Yardi.
I always say I'm a Yardi - I've been Yardi Classic, Genesis, Enterprise and Voyager (multiple releases)

That being said RealPage Onesite and ResMan are my fav best in class solutions on the market.

Although, RealPage OneSite does not play well with integrating with other software solutions.

Yardi is good - but from an end user site level experience it is not user friendly as OneSite & ResMan.
