I work in the Corporate Housing sector. Do any of you have corporate units at your property? I am always looking for ways to improve my relationship with communities. So what do you like and dislike about doing business with Corporate Housing companies.

I've had great luck with them in the past the companies that I worked with didn't give a lot of notice but as long as I accommodated them they were very happy and paid well.

We have corporate leases and many of the relationships are super positive. I would say the biggest thing I would want from our corporate partners is to be honest about the accommodations we provide and let us know how we can make it better/customize it for your clients! Communication is key!
