Currently stopped using On-Site to track our calls and followups. What programs do you guys love to use or what do you recommend in replacement? We are currently using MRI until we find a new program to use.

Leasehawk was good. Knock was better! We currently use Yardi CRM, and it's probably the easiest that I've used, since it's Voyager with tracking.

We’ve been using I Love Leasing for over 5 years on all our projects. It’s simple to use for both the site team and corporate. You can text, email or mass email follow ups. The reports are robust, easy to understand and look amazing. I include them with our owner reporting packages. On top of the great product, their customer service is the best around! Highly recommend! I feel your pain on MRI! This is one of the few softwares that easily integrates.
