Topic: Looking for a new CRM solution that fully integrates with YARDI

I have a client who is looking for a new CRM solution that fully integrates with YARDI please include name of company and it would be super helpful if you include why you recommend the product.

We started with yardi’s own CRM. Hated it. Now we’re using Knock Rentals and we love it. I’m happy to talk to you about both of our experiences, we have a little bit of a unique set up, would totally recommend knock if you’re more traditional.

Yardi CRM and Anyone Home are the only CRM solutions that integrate and handle full marketing automation. Yardi keeps everything in one interface, and their platform is getting consistently better, but I'd give Anyone Home the edge because they are prospect-centric, rather than asset-centric.

I'll throw in a vote for Knock, too ... I like their platform a lot, but the one major downfall is they still default to single-source attribution, which doesn't match the reality of how customers actually shop.

My company was in a similar situation a few years ago and after making two CRM changes, we finally found Rent Dynamics. No platform is perfect, however, RD allows us to customize their CRM to our company needs and their service is OUTSTANDING! We also use their 24/7 Call Center, Lead Follow up Service, Automated Email Platform along with their Online Appointment Calendar. GOOD LUCK! Tricia Ward would be the person to talk to there.
