Topic: What are some of your favorite industry trainings/seminars/webinars...?

What are some of your favorite industry trainings/seminars/conventions/tradeshows/webinars to up your marketing game specific to our industry?

I attended the first in a series of webinars on Wednesday. The Multifamily Insider webinar series is awesome. They offer a variety of courses which include areas such as marketing, leasing, employee engagement, renewals, and management training. There literally is something for everyone. They also have a maintenance series. Highly recommend!

The Multifamily Insiders webinars are such a great value - not pricey and so convenient to attend, which is always a plus for my teams. I also like that you can get a recording for later, too - great for training follow ups or just to reference afterwards if you need to dig into the topic again. There are a lot of great conferences and trade shows, but for more regular content and training that is easily digestible, seek out and follow industry thought leaders (maybe we can tag some of them here). They are always posting blogs and short videos that are very thought-provoking and educational and I find them helpful in staying up on trends (especially in digital) because it seems the rules are always changing in that space. Jordan Easley and his team post good stuff and of course, Lori Valenti Webb always seems to be posting smart new ideas and strategies.
