I saw the demo for CheckPointID this week. My jaw dropped and I got goosebumps. This product is a SERIOUS game changer. During the demo, I actually saw the product STOP someone with a fake ID from getting a tour at a property. Keep your staff and residents safer and reduce your bad debt. Incredible product. And no, they didn't pay me to say this!

Considering alternatives such as myobligo.com, instead of a security deposit, will help also with free tenant screening and will give access to the renter's bank records easily.

We now use Screenworks, thru our Yardi Voyager system. Literally takes 5 seconds-we used to use Better NOI, but switched to screenworks, as we are trying to use Yardi for everything now, Marketplace, Screening, and of course, the daily maintenance of the property!
