That you have to pay move in costs to get keys. We get so many people coming to pick up keys without money orders after we email them the move in cost sheet and they say ok.

If you have issues and need pest control, you need to let us know WAY before it gets out of hand...and no we will not pay for a hotel for you because you have pests that we were not made aware of.

Just because your friend that lives in the same community as you and their water bill is lower, doesn’t mean yours is wrong, it’s all about occupancy and usage.

That because you are renting you must ask permission for everything before you do. Like adding roommates without telling us, adding pets without telling us, getting new cars without telling us so we can put it in the system so it doesn’t get towed.

Yes, we are busy, but we are also able to prioritize service requests.
~ Don't not report something because you feel it's unimportant.
~ Don't not report something "because somebody else probably already reported it."
~ Don't put in a service request for one thing then ask maintenance to fix 20 other things while he's there.
~ Don't save them all up and put them in at once.
~ Unless you're a new move-in and we failed miserably, do not make a list of unrelated things on one service request.
~ Don't wait until Friday at 5:30pm to report a problem that's been going on all week.
~Don't expect the Emergency Maintenance answering service to fix your problem over the phone. A technician will actually have to be called... and arrive... before the problem is fixed.

That we cannot completely prevent anyone from ever parking in your assigned space. We'll call the resident if it's their car, we'll have it towed, but we cannot just stand there 24/7 waving away anyone who thinks to park there. Nope.

That no I don't just sit here and answer the phone all day and take peoples money. Also me and maintenance have plenty of job security so we do not need you to leave your trash and pet mess behind to keep us employed.
