As a Director of Property Management I have to even remind myself that it is a job I agreed to and I also need my time to unwind, relax, enjoy and most of all be grateful for things I have received. It is very important to take care of yourself when you care so much for the work you do. I encourage all my site staff members to take the vacation, don't skip the lunch or break, because you know what, it will all be here when you return. #essentialworkers

Going through a property sale, close out date scheduled for 11/2 with 110 hours of unused vacation pay, 119 hours of sick pay, 24 hours personal time, 16 hours floating holidays, Only vacation time gets paid out at the end. Been at the property for 6 years now. Love where I worked. Highly recommend taking time out for yourself. Use it or lose it...
