Flex requires residents to have a particular credit score and banking information. Not all financial institutions participate.

Residents apply for it. It allows them to pay their rent over the course of the month. If the resident doesn’t pay the full balance by the end of that month, Flex won’t pay the for the next months rent.

It makes rent an amenity. The resident pays flex 20 bucks a month and flex pays the community the full rental rate when it is due. The resident pays flex on a different schedule.
