Topic: Stories from the Parking Lot: what is your craziest story?

 

When I was working in the office, we reviewe our cameras after finding nasty feminine products in our lot to find two drunk girls removing them from their bodies in the lot. So gross!

The 23 year old that said he works for the FBI and he named our 35+ year old community.

Most recent: Mid-day drunk driver, hitting THREE parked cars on his way out of the parking garage. Offering all parties cash to not call the cops.

Always memorable: the mentally disturbed resident dancing with his bottle of Ciroc at our gated entry like “welcome to XYZ Apartments - you’re home!”

I found a Coach bag containing weed, scale baggies and other paraphernalia while doing grounds in the morning. One of our residents called the office saying that her son lost her coach bag last night and wanted to know if it was turned in.some people.

We had a domestic dispute where a woman was chased up to the leasing office and was being beaten in the parking lot, so we let her in, locked the door and called the police. He knocked her wig off in the parking lot too. They got back together the next day and called us and asked if we had happened to pick up the wig and if she could have it back #truestory

Got a call from a resident about people having sex in the pool at 3 am

 I had to tell the resident that the hot tub was on camera and shown in the lobby. And that multiple people were watching his and his girlfriends “show “

We had a woman who we discovered was having mental health issues by finding her walking buck naked in the parking area. She wanted the attention of the police and thought that was the best way to get it…it worked.

One of our residents had a heart attack while moving her car. She hit 6-7 vehicles and drove through the gazebo. I was devastated when the medics said they weren't taking her to the hospital. I seen her daily and still have the key chain she gave me (over 10 years later).

They weren't transporting because she passed. It will forever be my worst day in PM, 20 years in.

I worked for Kushner during the Trump Era, I lost count of how many people told me they were going to call the White House to talk to Jared about an issue. Like the President's advisor cares about your $200 late fee 

Maintenance noticed a car Come by everyday and park by the end building of the apartments, it was during lunch time. We finally went up to them and they were doing the nasty in the back seat of the car. Never again they showed up

I had a male who had a romantic relationship with a light pole in our parking lot, he came daily to love on it. He would unscrew a panel, make love to it sometimes for a long while...
I had a woman who would sleep under cars and then do her business beside them,. Later she "submitted" a urine sample to our dryer to prove it was her babies daddy..

More stories than I can remember but those kind of stand out
