Is there a software out there that integrates with RealPage that will allow you to attach video files to email campaigns? How are y'all sending video files to your prospects or residents?
We want to create short vids and send those out some other way than a Dropbox link or similar.

Im not a marketing person but i imagine the video is on your property website and you’re just sending the link to the video

No, these are videos that we're creating with our teams but that are not on our website.

Upload the video to Vinmeo or Youtuve and attach the HTML code so it appears directly in the email.

We use Knock now, but we can't attach video files to emails.

You can have an email graphic or image designed and placed into the body of your email to get attention. Make sure it has a call to action to view the video. Depending on your email platform you should be able to link a YouTube link to the image. So when they open the email they see an eye catching graphic that states Click Here to view our amenities and than it will open to your YouTube video!

Try Loom. It’s free. You get a link. Imbed it into your email and if your email is google based you can even rename it to be less techie.

As far as integrated communications I use activebuilding with realpage products, we post to the wall and email blast residents. Prospects however require another paid module I don’t use.

in your application settings you can set up cross post to Facebook and Twitter, and from Facebook you can re-cross post just about anywhere
