Multi family you really can’t as you can’t determine conclusively they were the cause. Unless you are a bit sketchy and try to offload all your unknown caused expenses to your residences.

There are laws in NH about when you can charge and when you cannot. Do you have any City or State laws to assist you?

Absolutely and if the spread from the source apartment to a neighbor apartment the source apartment pays for both. Same as roaches

The first time, no. We want residents to be encouraged to tell us so that we can inspect other units and treat properly. If it persists or they do not prepare appropriately, then yes.

Yes. It's in their lease. However, if bedbugs are in more than one apartment in a quad and we cannot identify the source, we pay for the eradication.
