Checking to see if some amenities are phasing out. Which of the following are found in most of your portfolio's communities?
 

Business centers are outdated, everyone has an iPhone or iPad. Printing stations are useful though.
I’ve been stunned at the usage of higher end outdoor cooking centers, outdoor kitchens.

I disagree. Every time I go to a property, the business centers are busy.

 I agree there is activity in the business centers. But I surveyed a number of residents at a bunch of properties and also had IT audit activity.

Most residents responded that they needed access to printing. Using the PCs online to get to Dropbox or Google Docs.

I got to a point where we gave away printers as move in gifts, then they just came to the office to get paper.

But, high school kids were using the machines to complete school work - again, mostly access to Google Classroom and such.

We are re-purposing our business centres to formal dining rooms where residents can invite extended family and friends.
