I love appfolio and all
Of their functions. Down side is integration with some software.
I have experience with appfolio, yardi, and resman, rent manager and sagge,
I recommend appfolio over all of them.
It doesn’t integrate with anything but it’s kind of an all in one system

A friend of mine uses Buildium. I would say it’s heavier on the accounting side. Appfolio (we use) is pretty intuitive for the non-accountant. (That’s me!) I am still trying to understand accounting terms. I don’t think the charges for Appfolio are appropriate for a business smaller than 50 units. We started using them around 65 units. Not sure about Buildium of Rent Tec’s pricing.
