Entrata! Because they put a focus on not only user experience (us) but also the resident expereince. It’s by car the most comprehensive platform that I’ve used in my career. LOVES it!

Of the platforms I've used, Yardi/RentCafe is my favorite. I'm in marketing so my perspective is based on the use and functionality of the marketing platform and it leads others. The platform I'm currently using lags behind Yardi.

Our company uses Boston Post. I don’t know about any other software but BP takes far too many steps to do things that should be simple. Their support staff is great though I do have to give them that.

Some programs seem to have been written to be “corporate friendly” but are cumbersome for on site teams.
Others are intuitive and easy for on site teams but lack the functionality that corporate, owners, or investors might need.
IMO Resman is the best at providing both.

1000% agree. The integration with accounting for owners and the friendly user aspect for on site made this one by far my favorite...and I was a Onesite fan for many, many years, took me some serious convincing!

I've use Rent Manager, Yardi & Appfolio. I prefer Appfolio because it integrates accounting, resident management, and marketing well.
