I was touring all through 2020 during the worst spikes in Houston and we were only locked down for about 2 weeks. I was wearing 2 masks and the elevators were not large enough to be safe. I FaceTimed a lot and then deleted contact information. Being a 42 story high rise with high profile celebrities and our City was open! You can imagine! I was expected to tour people from literally all over the country and many were just in town sight seeing be careful! Just assume everyone is so supposed to be quarantined because they will go apartment shopping just to browse. My fraudulent applications were about 80 percent. Stay safe!

Our offices are closed to the public and we are meeting people by appointment only. Both sides need to be in a mask before any appointments will take place.

Open but requiring visitors to wear a mask. Many don’t.

What grinds my gears the most is we clearly have a sign at the front door stating they need to wear a mask but they stroll in and say”I just got a few questions” or “can I get some masks”. Like who doesn’t have a mask at this point?

Open to public, employees wear masks when entering and exiting or walking through the office, no congregating at cubes. No foot traffic gets past the front desk. Front desk is protected by a clear plexiglass about 4’ tall. Masks required by all who enter.

As I sit here with Covid after a resident came in, coughed all over me and my team, just to get a package—-then informed us she tested positive but really needed her Amazon package —and took half of us out- I WISH we were closed to the public.

Our office is operating but closed to the public - open by appointment only. Those who have an appointment must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.

Appointments only and masks required. My office is a shoe box. Also, we sent an email notice of short staffing in office and maintenance due to recent Covid surge.

Nope! We’re still all virtual for showings. N95 for any maintenance and trying to do when tenants aren’t home.

We’ve never closed our doors through this whole thing…it’s not if you’ll get it, it’s when you’ll get it. Everyone will get it eventually.

Our offices are open to the public our home office requires masks but it’s up to each individual site manager whether or not they wants to request that masks be worn. Unless it becomes a city or state ordinance to wear masks, we can only request it we cannot require it at the site level. I recommend that they wear them in the laundry rooms and hallways but I rarely see anyone with one on.

We have been closed to the public and only 1 person in the office (staggering days) for the last 2 weeks. Monday we are back open and back to normal. I’m a little nervous but it has to be done.

We are working a hybrid schedule. One person in the office at a time. The office is supposed to be appointments only, but of course people still pop in. When they come in, we just remind them to call and schedule an appointment as there’s only one person in the office at a time and they may not be there when they stop in. We are still touring, masks required of course. Strongly urging people to apply online, but we do have a lot of elderly who are not very computer savvy so we are getting applications dropped off as well.

Open and nothing has changed besides wearing masks and maintenance wears gloves. We have plexiglass dividers at our desks. We Lysol more. My company offered $100 gift cards to those who got the shots in the fall by a certain date, and still offered a $50 one to anyone who still got it by the end of that month.
