We follow HUD regulations fair to FHA which is 2 people per bedroom plus 1.

The HUD ruling is a guideline not a law and is very vague at best. The only way to make this decision is to know your local and state laws.

No concerns usually until it creates damage, structural or septic/sewer related issues.
