Corporate folks, it's a great week to sit down with your site teams and ask them how they're REALLY doing.
Some questions to get you started:

How can corporate get out of your way?
What are some tasks you have to repeat multiple times per day?
What are the 5 most common questions you get asked by residents?
What's your favorite most common interaction you have with your residents?
How many systems do you have to log into every day?

The answers should give you plenty of insights to prioritize solutions and support.

Good post. Now, the task is to actually get Corp. to ask/listen. A very smart PM Co would. But most, unfortunately, won't. Good luck.

If only. I'm with Michael above. Most never do anything of the sort and then wonder why turnover is so high. Because bad culture starts at the top. Maybe there are unicorn companies out there, but very few in multifamily.

There’s a clear disconnect from what sounds good that’s beneficial and reality.
Questions like these aren’t even considered by the people who’s words/actions would effect positive change.

One important question is missing. “Are you happy and feel valued here?”
