It's interesting that you ask this Sammy! In my old life as a social worker, I got asked typical interview questions (biggest strength, weakness, etc) and if I knew general protocols for emergency situations, etc. None of it, I'm sure, really gave the? See more

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Not only is this pointless to ask - everyone uses the same down pat answers - but after living the last three? I'm not sure where I see myself in a month, let alone 5 years. Time doesn't move normally anymore.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Worst question ever. When I interview, I like to ask people what their favorite movie is and I tell them ratings don?t matter, just answer quick! It tells me so much about that person.

Kristi Von Bender that is such a good question though. Specifically designed to be open ended and has a good chance to yield great insight. We actually ask this to rental leads in pre-screening as well.
