What is the average pay and cap out pay for an Assistant Property Manager? I understand pay is different in various states, for I am taking that into factor as well. Thank you.

Size of property, class of property, location, experience too many factors. The spectrum would be very wide

I make ≈ 55k w/ bonuses included if my bonus trends the same as last year. Keep in mind I work for a privately owned privately managed 267 unit property so no benefits/401k.

This depends on if you're working for a management company or an actual owner. I feel like management companies pay better and offer better benefits.

Average $45K, sometimes $50K but the bonus structure would decrease the more of compensation.
