Good morning! I have a small asset (40 units) using Resman. Can anyone recommend a credit screening service and payment processor for small properties? I’m told my go to vendors have implemented a minimum of 100 units.
We use Resman for payments now along with Corelogic for screening. I believe Resman Payments is relatively new for them but works the same as Zego/Paylease for the most part.
