We're looking for a community texting system, who do you use?
We currently have Forrent.com Community Messenger. For some reason within the past year when we send a mass message to all of our residents, it does not go to everyone. We're in Texas.

We use AppFolio as our PM software, and they include texting. It works fairly well but needs drastic improvements. Two major issues are: 1. Mgmt is unable to send images via text. 2. The notification of a text message only goes to the last person who sent out a text message. Ie) If the leasing agent sends a text to Bob and then Bob decides to send a text to the Property manager weeks later, the leasing agent receives the notification and not the PM. I think it would be best for either everyone in the office to receive the text or each person to have their own dedicated texting number.
