Properties. What do you love from vendors or that vendors have done for you? Looking to do something to show my customers they are appreciated and would like to leave a good impression.

Include the entire staff including maintenance in whatever it is you are doing. Often times the managers are the ones getting all the love when the rest of the team is doing the heavy lifting.

Love supplier and vendor appreciation days.

It's all about the simple things... definitely include all onsite levels at the property if you can. When we do a surprise drop off or lunch we try to take into account everyone, even other vendors sometimes like porters. Surprising a site with breakfast burritos or chick-fil-a is always a Winner.I live in San Diego and have some great bakeries, I travel throughout SoCal, so showing a site a cool treat from 1 or 2 hours away is cool too

Mini notebooks are handy for notes while walking property.

Nice clipboard/portfolio that can be reused and refilled. Maintenance and management and leasing need these. Leasing can keep their notes and pricing in it and the service team can keep work orders together and keep dry.

Lunch. Bring lunch and hang out.
