I prefer Liberty Mutual. If you go for the cheapest one, you get what you pay for. Liberty Mutual is awesome

Lemonade or resident checks with their auto insurance company most give discounts on duel policies

We don't offer. In Minnesota it could be construed as 'selling insurance without a license'. So we give a couple of vendor references for local insurance agents but they can choose whoever they want.

For some reason, my company doesn’t allow lemonade. We ask if they want e renters. If they say no, they provide their own.

Brenda Andrews Sherrill I wish my company would not allow them! Cheap, yes, but you will never see a dime!

Erenters offers the best, they don't just cover apartment damage but up to $1000 if your vehicle gets broken into and you left valuables in it plus a lot more incentives. As a land lord never had a problem getting a check from them also! Lemonade.... haha! Fight with them for months on end and never received a dime...

Assurant SUCKED & I hated utilizing them at my last job. We partner with a few local agents (who sometimes bring snacks!) & ensure they have our contact & additional interests correctly listed for us. It makes for a seamless process & helps local businesses. Win-win!

Anyone work with Foxen Renter’s Insurance program? We as owners are looking for ancillary income.
