I'm looking for recommendations on clubhouse amenities for a new construction property, consisting of coffee stations and wine/craft beer dispensers, or any other creative ideas out there residents would like to see. There are several coffee station vendors I use consistently so wondering if there are any new vendors out there I can look into!

Not knowing resident profile but we’ve done a couple times a children’s play area that is a windowed wall room.

Reach out to J Turner Research they had a recent study that asked residents about amenity preferences and I bet it would be very helpful here!

Marcel Thomas I have a laptop. I’d be doing every bit of work from the massage chair. That would be dangerous at my property. My whole team would take shifts to sit in it. Lol

A badass outdoor gym only fit for the serious lifters! But the best amenities are the staff!!! No amenities compare to the people that take care of you and your home!!! PERIODT!!!
