MRI's Multifamily Insurance (MFI) offers 3rd party policy tracking and PO Box Monitoring via their Intelligent Insurance Product - MFI works with any property management system and utilizes a resident insurance portal powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence) and team of experts to review all types of insurance policy documents and alert your team and the resident to coverage gaps. The MFI team takes it further by proactively reaching out to residents and requesting updated insurance and providing forced placed coverage for the gaps. We offer a super resident friendly program that also wholly protects the asset at all times. Reach out for references.

We use better NOI, protection choice.

We use RLL - renters legal liability. They’re pretty decent, as far as forced liability goes. I ALWAYS encourage them to get their own renters.

Samatha Figarella they integrate into our software as well- I find that the biggest issue is when they don’t put it in in time for move in or if the resident already has a policy with them that they are transferring

Kimberlin Torain I have had a very different experience with ERenters and love them. They integrate with my software and heaven forbid something does happen I have received money from them with very little red tape professionally and personally.
