I’m looking for some advertising sources to roll out at a property in Jacksonville, FL. We have all the usuals but looking to triple our traffic over the next few months.
In SC I have advertised with military bases, hospitals, and other larger employers by paying for ad space for their employees.
Any insight on programs like these in JAX would be much appreciated!

I know youll get lots of great suggestions here. From a different prospective after solely doing lease ups for many years...once we get it, we have to make our traffic count by ensuring our personalized follow up is on point. This is where the rubber meets the road.
