Yes they don’t have a phone number you can call if there is an issue, however, I’ve used it for nearly three years and I’ve had MAYBE 6 issues. It’s a great program that cuts down on delinquency. My best recommendation is to ADVERTISE IT EVERYWHERE. Social media, email blasts, door to door. Even discuss it upon move in. If talked about correctly, you can get a lot of residents to use it!

We offer that to our residence and have for the last couple of months but we’ve had no takers. It’s not very popular at my community.
