Good afternoon, we have been searching for a space like this since we started our business. My wife and I started our valet trash business last year after working part-time for one of the national trash companies. We started as a way to help pay for our daughter's college. We quickly realized that there was an opportunity for us to have our own business. After working three years part-time and our daughter graduating, we decided to start our business. We know that there is a need for a great valet service like ours because we visit a lot of these multifamily communities and we hear "we are not happy with the current service, but we don't make the decision". So we were hoping to get some suggestions, information, advice, on how to get in front of the person that makes this decision. Thank you for your time and advice.

"It depends. Big third party clients may decide based on who they use in other markets. Otherwise, I’d say the RPM can present their top choice. As much as selecting a supplier is a people/relationship choice, an owner is often comparing on a per door price and choosing the best rate."
