I've been watching Superstore, and the format of that show I think would be perfect for a property management sitcom! A lot of customer/in this case resident shenanigans lol
Here's an episode for you... resident (now ex-resident) lets boyfriend (now ex-boyfriend) and friend into her building and out onto the rooftop so that they could climb a fence and base jump off this highrise in an urban location. #YouCouldntMakeThisStuffUp #TrueStory
The stories The Village in Dallas in the 70s and 80s are pretty legendary as well as Riverbend Apartments in Atlanta, situated directly on the Chattahoochee River. The parties were legendary, people floating on the river right outside the property. I won’t list the nickname of Riverbend but if you Google it, you will see what I’m talking about.
News Line "she burned the building down for what she thought was a bedbug but was in fact a flea that jumped off of her nonregistered emotional support animal"

How about fires where the sprinkers cause most of the damage and residents are pissed they have to use their own renter’s insurance to pay for their damages.
Or the guy found dead between his mattress.
Or the residents who get mad when rules that they signed are enforced
