Looking for information on what people are doing for appliances these days. Are you using stainless steel and, if so, are you finding that people don't take care of them and you're having to replace them every 2 or 3 years because of damage or rust? Does anyone use black appliances rather than stainless steel? Just looking for some feedback. Thank you!
Our property was built with black. We are upgrading to stainless and have been since 2018. We do not have issues with rust. If they need replacement it’s usually dents in the doors.
Black is very dated and customers know it. We get a lot of pushback on our classic homes.
Surface experts will refinish the exteriors and they look brand new, it’s a great company. We use them to refurbish scratches on vinyl plank flooring, as well as anything stainless steel and glass top stove.
