Question for the Group?

We’re in the middle of remodeling our clubhouse, and my Property Manager has asked me to start researching package locker systems.

Right now, we have an outdoor/open mail area including an additional 16 USPS parcel lockers. We’ve looked into Parcel Pending and Luxer One, but have heard mixed (often negative) feedback about both. So before we go any further, I’d love to hear from those of you with firsthand experience:

1. Do you currently use a parcel locker system?
2. Is it located in a secured access area, or in an open setting (enclosure but no keys/fobs required)?
3. How has your overall experience been—do delivery drivers actually use them consistently?
4. Which provider do you use, and would you recommend them?
