Hey ya’ll! What do you prefer from a durability, touch up and turn perspective? Thanks!

Your Construction team wants to use flat paint because it hides imperfections. Go with an egg shell finish.

Eggshell for sure. More durable, easier to clean, and still looks nice after touch-ups between turns.

Semigloss everywhere. Better coverage, easier painting, easier cleaning, and reflects light better for a more open natural feel it the space.

Always semigloss. More expensive but easier to clean and t-up

Eggshell all the way! Flat is too hard to touch up and it gets marked up too easily.

Semi gloss for bathrooms and kitchens, doors, and trim; flat for ceilings; eggshell for living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms

In my experience, if you end up having to paint the whole wall, if you use eggshell. I would go with semi gloss or flat. You can touch both of those up fairly easily and simple turns

Eggshell! Walked new units last week, all rooms in eggshell. 🤌 Loved them!
