We use The Guarantors at my sites. But if you have the option to use Leap, I’ve had a much better experience with them. Particularly their deposit waiver program which allows conditionally approved applicants to pay a small monthly fee in lieu of the one-time upfront nonrefundable fee that The Guarantors requires.

I do! It’s a win win product. With credit scores being low across the nation, it brings an extra layer of protection for any overrides. Their platform is also very easy to use.

Yes we use them and it has been great. Sometimes high for some but definitely helpful to those with low or no credit scores.

Most of my sites are utilizing them. Some prospects don’t qualify with them but it is an added layer where someone may have been declined. I recommend them.

Yes, Mill Creek uses them at some properties and it’s working well. Easy to set up and explain to applicants.

I use them at one of my sites and I use Jetty at three of my sites! I prefer Jetty!
