We have known about it since July and while I am greatful that we were all told about the sale, it's been a long journey. Does anyone have any insight to Harbor Group? We are going to be their first properties in the state and typically I know at least one person at each of the more popular Management Companies in the area.

The company had strengths, but the leadership dynamic felt disconnected and cliquish. The lack of fairness and professionalism, particularly regarding commissions, made the environment difficult.
