Leasing decisions often begin before a prospect enters the building.
The experience at street level sets expectations for everything that follows.
Which element do you believe has the greatest impact on that first impression?
Katie, I selected Entry Design. but the honest answer is that it only holds if the operations behind it match the promise it makes.
A beautifully designed entry tells a prospect what to expect. What they find next either confirms it or quietly contradicts it. From the facilities side, that gap between the visual and the operational is where leasing decisions actually get made.
The exterior sets the standard. Everything else either defends it or erodes it.
It needs to look like the people who work there care about their community. That's 100% controllable by the on-site team and applies to A class and C class properties exactly the same.
