We were just getting too much noice through our original system and rewrote to weed out a bunch of non emergencies. Feels like I'm reinventing the wheel though. What is everyone else using to wake people up in the middle of the night and escalate when the first person is sleeping harder than Rip Van Winkle?
How many residents? We have 165-70 and mostly just have them call our cell as the owner. we get pretty few calls that way. Our answering machine has other numbers to try if someone doesn’t answer or in the case we’re unavailable.
We us Answer US - we sent them a monthly in call schedule and it routes the after hours call to the on call person. After 3 attempts to call the on call it then goes to the back up on call person
