What is one thing on-site teams are expected to handle that rarely gets talked about enough?

Not the obvious things like leasing, renewals, work orders, or resident events.

I’m talking about the invisible work.

The emotional labor.
The constant problem-solving.
The resident's frustrations.
The follow-up after hours.
The pressure to keep everyone happy while still hitting the numbers.

On-site teams carry a lot more than most people see.

What part of the job do you think deserves more attention, support, or appreciation?
