What do think it cost you in time, money, stress, etc?

Anyone who's had to evict, anything you're doing differently after that experience?
Here where I am in Texas it’s like $130 to file +$20 per lease holder and then probably another $100 or so for the writ of possession.

Rich McDaniel II it really depends from court to court, average time for me is at least a month for the hearing and maybe another few weeks for the constable to come out to do the actual lockout for the resident
