Check this out from Paige Simpson !

For those new to the Stop, Start, Continue strategy, here is a very simple breakdown:

πŸ›‘ Stop: What should we stop doing because it isn’t helping?

Too many status meetings, duplicating work, unnecessary approvals

🟒 Start: What should we begin doing that would improve results?

Weekly customer feedback reviews, documenting decisions, automating reports

➑️ Continue: What is working well that we should keep doing?

Choosing to listen instead of adding to the pile is the harder call in the moment, it takes discipline to walk in with an agenda and set it down. The Stop list is usually the one that matters most, once that noise clears, the site team gets back time for the parts of the job that actually protect the resident experience."
