Does anyone use EliseAI ?

My company just started using this and curious of peoples feedback. How many units does your property have, how many leasing agents? What are the benefits / disadvantages?

We use it. It was a learning curve, but love it. It’s pretty incredible how “real” it sounds and she’ll continue to learn as you respond inside it. Voice can get frustrating for callers, but overall good.

We are a predominantly Hispanic demographic and the majority think its a office employee and try to negotiate with it quite frequently 😂

Yes I had go use it at my last property. 66 units. I hated it. I’m not one to stay confined to my office 24/7. I’m out doing showings, picking up my parking lot, walking my property, going to the post office and the bank. If I wasn’t there constantly updating the information in my computer, she would give out the wrong info. It was infuriating.

We use it, and it helps a lot. We have 110 units, one manager full time and I share an assistant with a sister property. Just make sure you’re ‘feeding’ it accurate information. Like ours was telling people we offered 24 month leases and we only offer 12. But I think if your information is correct on the portal, it’s very efficient.

We have 450 units and have been using it for about 6 months for delinquency only. They call it AI but it's just an old school chat bot! Works as well as the information you feed into it. Definitely have some tenants convinced it's a real person though, and they show up in my office looking for them 🤣

I’m torn on it but we use it! I manage 480 units and everyone thinks Mia is real lol

We love it, you just have to make sure all your knowledge stays updated and is correct. They can only tell people what you input

It's great. Biggest takeaway is that they are always improving the product. We've been on it for over two years, looks way different now than it did then

I truly hate it honestly. I have 96 units and high 90's for occupancy, so it doesnt do much for me. also, I hate how it schedules things for you without telling you, and takes away the personal touch of working with people. I might be old school but id rather talk to people myself. have to make sure you are always updating knowledge and make sure you are marking apartments when they would actually be available not just their move out dates so it wont try to show them as soon as someone e moves out. makes for twice the work. im not a fan

I love it! Agree with auditing the knowledge base. But they are very willing to adapt the product so if it’s not working let them know.
