We are looking for a site to host training videos, and guides for property management software systems . But the platform should offer a knowledge base a Chatbot that will search knowledge based articles. We do not necessarily need a full LMS system that has learning paths and quizzes. So far we’ve looked at Documents360, Waybook, Guidde and HelpJuice,

We love Document360! It has solid API’s and we were able to build an internal chatbot within Google Chat powered by Gemini that learns from the information we house in Document360.
I assume you could do this with copilot/ Microsoft Teams as well.
